Olsen Law is a top notch firm of attorneys. We used them for some deed work and wills and Tom provided the information we needed to make the best decisions for our situation. Everyone was extremely helpful, friendly and professional. Will use them again if the need arises.

I needed to make a trust & living will.Olsen Law group help me with that. They sat down with me & my wife and explained everything to the the fullest. It took about 3 weeks to draw up the paperwork. A copy was sent to me to review and everything was perfect. Went in for signing and I was greeted with a superb binder that had everything in it the way I want it my distributions to go to my inheritance, etc. also, it included a thumb drive that had the same information on there as well. I was very happy with the service and would recommend anyone to them.

Olsen Law Group and particularly Attorney Holley Knapik provided outstanding service. She assisted us with two different wills and Early Bird Deeds to protect us from probate. She listened to our situation and provided ways to skip probate and in one case helped with a nursing home situation. Most importantly she cared about us and what had to be done. I've had the pleasure of meeting and doing several legal documents with Holley Knapik. She was a fantastic knowledgeable attorney! I also used Caleb Maggio, several years back on an eviction with no problems. Today, I chose to use Caleb Maggio again on a new problem. I must say I was very disappointed! I felt I was very knowledgeable on the issue we had at hand...but needed an attorney to send a letter to tennants and give me a "legal" decision on the validity of the documentation so I wouldn't be sued. To no avail...now we spent money and still don't have a legal opinion! Wasted our money and time!! I will not be using Caleb's services again.

I had the Olsen Law Group recommended to me by a neighbor. I worked with Holley Knapik on my will and trust. She made me feel comfortable and did a fantastic job for me. I highly recommend her! Next I hired Caleb Maggio to help my property manager with a tenant issue. Mr Maggio sent a letter to the tenant, requesting necessary documentation. Upon receiving the documents we were expecting a legal opinion as to the validity of these documents. He did not give us definite answer. This is why he was hired! I am very disappointed and will not be using Mr Maggio's service again. It was a waste of my money! Don't be sorry Tom there's always one BAD apple in the basket, and in your group it's Caleb. That's turn the hole basket rotten I will till everyone about the rotten apple.
