In comparison to other accidents, perhaps this was not horrible, but it impacted and changed our family and therefore it was very important to us. Umansky helped us when others cared not to do so, the entire staff seemed to truly care.

I was in a car accident, that wasn’t my fault. There were multiple things that happened that seemed very unfair to me, especially being the person that wasn’t at fault. My mom and I decided to call a lawyer, and we used Umansky. Just within a few hours Bill Umansky himself was on the phone with my mom getting the details so he could properly advocate for me. The entire office was extremely professional the entire time, and answered any and every question I had. In a situation that was feeling like I was getting screwed over and taken advantage of, it was like a breath of fresh air to have someone that works with these situations all the time helping me out. They advised me right away on what to do, and got in contact with all the parties on my behalf so I didn’t have to worry about it. I highly recommend this office to anybody!

I have been a client of the Umansky Law Firm for all sorts of situations and they have always done a great job getting me results that were in my favor and best interests. Randy is the best. I spoke to Mr. Bill on the phone but never met him. I would us these guys over any of these roadside "bill board" attorneys. I would avoid the attorney with the large forehead and is all over the TV. Bill and Randy get the job done and are actually honest.
