Googling this lawfirm I was extremely skeptical in the beginning. I even emailed Bill to verify Joe, the worker I was speaking to. Joe blew my mind. He was so smart! After our phone conversation, I just had this sense of- wow, these people really know what they are talking about. Within days, Bradford Fisher was assigned my attorney.For starters I was beyond overwhelmed every step of the court case. Attorney Fisher every meeting, phone call, and email was very understanding. He was empathetic, calming, and kind during the entire emotional rollercoaster. One thing I truly appreciated, I never felt out of the loop about the case. His secretary Laura did a great job sending anything necessary and it was so helpful to have the Umansky friendly text reminders about expected payments. I am very forgetful and that kept me on track. In court as I waited to resolve my criminal case, I was actually distracted laughing. (Attorney Fisher tends to go on tangents and tell lots of stories as he is very optimistic.) What should’ve been the most stressful moment of my life was actually very easy with him. I was down to 2 days before an injunction hearing where I was falsely accused. My mother was frantic and looking for representation. She found Umanski Law Firm and contacted them. She reached Joe who assured her that they could help. She talked to him throughout the 2 days many times and was able to arrange a phone meeting only due to my time constraints. I talked to Bradford Fisher for the first time for about 2 hours THE NIGHT BEFORE ! He was thorough but also expressed care and concern. He explained things in depth and calmed my fears. The next morning we met early in the morning for a few minutes. When the judge called my case, Mr. Fisher took charge like a lion! The injunction was dropped!
