Zahra and Andrea were very helpful during my situation. As someone who's never experienced any trouble with the law, I was extremely nervous and uncertain on what to do and how the process works. Andrea was very responsive in answering my questions within minutes of receiving my emails. Andrea took time to explain the process to me and what I needed to do before speaking with Zahra. This was very helpful because I was better prepared to listen and comprehend all the important details of my situation. Zahra was very compassionate and understanding. She walked me through the process, explained the basics of the law, and advised me on how to consider my options.
