These people are awesome. I’ve dealt with one the owners and she was super nice. Rachel Mattie was my attorney and she is phenomenal. Always super helpful even after my cases have been resolved. The entire team is responsive and always helpful.

This guy was so helpful gave me all the info I needed and more he really helped me out even tho I had already plead out on my case and didn't make any money I left him a message Friday night and he called me right back Saturday morning and answer all my questions and more and I actually think he lost money on that but I would recommend this guy 100%

When searching for firms in the Orlando area Umansky Law came across as one of the most highly rated, professional and successful firms to be hired. Among several options this was chosen and for the high cost we have not seen that reflected in the attentiveness. While I am sure many cases are being handled by each attorney that would be the reason for the para-legal. There is very poor communication and rather than be updated by the firm as the case progresses and changes we instead find out through mailings from the court and then we make the call to the firm. Only then is there an update provided that there was a change here, a change there. Our understanding was part of these fees were paras checking the system on a daily basis. At least every other day. For a full service, highly priced firm I believe the expectation would be that when any change is made in the courts' system we would be alerted by the firm and not have to be the ones to reach out regarding any changes when a plan of action was only set a day or so prior.

I was falsely arrested and falsely charged for something I did not do. Umansky Law Firm Attorney Leroy Costner, helped me tremendously, I have never been in trouble so I was scared to death. They took my case and set up payment arrangement I could afford. Leroy was very knowledgeable and consistent with keeping me informed throughout the process. It was a very traumatic situation for me and Leroy took the time to explained every thing in detail to ease the stress for me. My charges were dismissed and I feel whole again. Well I made a fateful mistake one night and drove while somewhat intoxicated. After being arrested and spending the night in jail, I was terrified. I phoned several attorneys and got no responses. When I called Umansky law firm, they called me back almost immediately and directed me to Atty Rachel Mattie. My arrest was Feb. 16, 2020. I was terrified. Atty Mattie helped me calm down and eased my mind. She never talked down at me for my mistake. She is very intelligent and like a pit bull for my defense. Anytime I started freaking out, she returned my calls and worked with me. Because of Covid, courts were delayed and I actually only met her at my plea hearing. Everything went better than I expected although I still have to make amends, pay fines and probation. Way better than 6 months in jail. I'm very confident that I'll never make that mistake again. I would truly recommend Atty Mattie to anyone who has gotten themselves into a terrible situation with the law. I can't thank her enough!
