I recently got an assault and battery charge which a public defender has not helped me to defend me or give me legal advice to have the charges dropped. I am a victim of abuse and was only defending myself. I have been trying every avenue to try and get legal advice. I talked to Mr Umansky today and he was very helpful and compassionate towards me and very professional. He gave me options and help to what to do next to support me and help me get my charges dropped. I would highly recommend his services.

I recently required attorney services for poor decision I made. Rachel Mattie was a great, she answered all my questions, was very professional and helped me understand the laws in possible consequences. There was no doubt she was ready to fight for me. She was in the meteorically the fox hole with me. Upon reviewing the details of my case she was able to successful argue through a Motion to suppress that certain evidence be eliminated. This lead to the state offering a much better plea deal then originally offered. Practically the best outcome my case could have had. Definitely recommended, for anyone looking for great legal representation.

I had an accident with 5 cars in total. I had Ash Hicks and he told me everything about how the process worked and got everything done for me. On the day of the court hearing. He got it dismissed in 20 minutes. All around would recommend them.

Attorney Zahra Umansky and her legal assistant Erica Rivera went above and beyond while handling my motion for early termination of probation. I used them before for other motions but this time there was a 9 hours time zone difference. Even with the time difference, the emails and phone calls were still answered in a timely manner. Leroy Costner was my attorney with the umanski law firm Mr Costner handled my case very diligently and professionally and always was just a phone call away if I had any questions. Mr Costner went over my case very proficiently and clearly told me my options told me that we thought I had a case to be not convicted with what I was charged with. And that Ididn't do what I was charged with. When it came time for court the state pulled a surprise move and offered a deal that better fit my needs. I accepted the deal and was waiting to fulfill my part of the deal and come to find out I couldn't complete it due to actions beyond My control I called Mr Costner and told him what happened he says I will investigate this Brian and I will get back with you couple days later I got a call from his legal Assistant Vanessa who is also been very helpful and very pleasant to work with and also is just a phone call away if I have any questions.
