Teris represented me in my recent divorce proceeding. I initially thought it would be a very simple matter. As these things often go, it did get more complicated than expected. Teris was my divorce attorney. It was a very difficult situation, including me dealing with severe medical issues, but throughout the entire divorce process, she ensured I understood everything and things were in my best interest. She was extremely patient whenever I had anxiety attacks and would flood her inbox with emails (not that I recommend you do that!) and was just overall reassuring. I very highly recommend Teris. I went through a divorce and hired Teris and Paul. At first, I was nervous and really freaked out because I didn’t petition for the dissolution. I must say, though, that Teris was both reassuring and confident in our approach. She was prompt to every meeting, and didn’t charge me outlandish fees for simple things. Emotionally, I couldn’t have asked for a better attorney. Monetarily, I couldn’t have asked for a better attorney. Professionally, I couldn’t have asked for a better attorney. Thank you.

I hired her for a family law and I thought we connected and she was sincere about helping me. In a nutshell, she took my money and I barely heard from her. She would miss appointments and hearings and I wouldn't hear from her until weeks later, with a poor explanation and bare reassurance or confidence in her ability to represent me moving forward. I won't even go into detail about my actual case, but basically it seems like she's Team Teris/Orlando Family Firm and does not have your best interest/child's interest. But she is a nice lady.
