If you had a slip and fall, Dan Newlin is not the lawyers to contact. They specialize and focus in vehicle accidents. My dad slip and fell, which left him in a bad physical and mentally state. He had all the medical records, that stated all his injuries. After three years, Dan Newlin law firm stated that they were closing the case and they couldn’t do anything for my father because the Building Where my dad fell, did not have any liability insurance. I can’t wrap my head around this. A Dentist office who see clients and patients all day? My suspicion is that If there’s no benefits for them to make money, they’re not going to fight for you. I believe those TV Commercials are fake. they use actors. Also, lawyer Logan Sloan was rude and annoyed when I called to ask questions. We did not have a good experience.

This was my first time every needing a lawyer for an accident. My son was hit while riding his bike to school, I reached out to one attorney and they turned me down. Reached out to Dan Newlin's office, got connected with John Arnold and couldn't be more at ease. He was very helpful, patient, and understanding. He explained things to where I was able to understand, he answered every question I had. Also kept me updated on any and everything going on with my son's case.
