Greedy. I live in FL and had a car accident in NY. He accepted the case, knowing he couldn't represent me if it went to court. He didnt bother to tell me this. Customer service was poor. We were discouraged from speaking to a lawyer and could only speak to a para-legal. I guess he thought if the other side made a decent offer he would just walk away with his 33.3% cut for doing nothing! My case needs to go to court so now I am with Morgan and Morgan. Now that's a professional law firm! The attorney and his team have reached out and kept us informed. Beware of wasting your precious time with Newlin

I met into an accident recently and called a law firm to help me with my claim. Unfortunately that firm was moving at a snail pace. It was so hard to get though to my lawyer.
