When I first was interviewed, then signed a contract, everything was fine…I was talking with Michael Hale, and sent him in, everything that he requested of me…I didn’t hear from him, until February…he called me and said that he had something important that he needed to talk to me about…so we played some phone tag, but I finally got hold of him, he tells me, that the firm was not going to represent me, because of a tort, signed by Ron DeSantis and the legislature, concerning Slip and Fall (Premises) Litigation…not Dan Newlin’s fault really, apparently you need very strong evidence that it was the Premises fault that you were injured..but I broke my knee, had almost broken the other, had a baseball size lump on the front of my head, which made my face, black and blue, for almost six months, it just went away! I was very disoriented and dizzy, for a month after! I was starting to have frequent falls after this happened and tremors in my hands and body too, I have had to wait four months to see the neurologist, coming up this week, but I have been suffering since this fall, and in fact, fell and broke my hip in December! Then, I had been complaining about pelvic/lower abdominal pain, since I fell, when I broke my knee, but they didn’t pay attention, until my mesentery artery ruptured in January…I had a very large abdominal aneurysm, for which, I had to be sent by helicoptered from Deland AdventHealth, where I live, to Orlando AdventHealth, very scary for me, and my family, but yet, here I am!
