I had been in an accident before and Dan Newlin helped me get through it. Now after another unfortunate accident I turned to Dan Newlin again. Liza Torres from his firm was of great help in keeping me in the know how of everything that was happening with my case and has been a great asset in my recovery. I was in a very bad accident 4/12/14, My car was totaled, I had debilitating injuries and had my Dad call Dan Newlin's office. Dutch Anderson was sent to my in-house rehab. He was so kind and understanding. He told me not to worry he would handle everything and he did just that. I slowly got better and I never worried about anything other then my health. I got a nice settlement and couldn't have asked for a better lawyer. Thank you Dutch!!

I contacted this law firm when I was involved in a accident. My case eventually went to litigation, Todd Curtin & Dutch Anderson took over and they did an outstanding job. I was well informed about my case, they made sure I was up to date on all that went on, they answered any question I had and their response time was quick. They weren't hard to get a hold of at all which is important to me. They were extremely professional throughout the whole process and had my best interest. I was involved in a car accident in last year July ,2014. As a result of the accident I had to go through the Cervical Disc Fusion Surgery. What I liked most about the Dan Newlin Law firm, and in particular, my Lawyer, Mr. John Malkowski, was that their priorities were spot on. First and foremost their concern was my immediate health, followed by my well being and future quality of life. Then and only then, were the priorities focused on the legal matters. I truly appreciated Mr. Malkowski’s genuine concerns, directness and candor. He was always accessible and his staff were professional and efficient. Even though (as I am sure most of us do), at the beginning, I was hoping to receive a larger settlement, the results turned out to be equitable and fair for both parties. The outcome in itself is a true testament of the honesty of the firm and I certainly would recommend them to anyone involved in an accident severe enough to require representation.
