I was involved in a car accident last year where the other driver was completely at fault, after not stopping at a median. I ended up having to go to physical therapy for months, due to lower back pain and discovered I had two herniated disks after doing an MRI. I couldn't believe I was 21 and with two herniated disks. I had never been in an accident before, nor knew what lawyer to contact. I was referred to Dan Newlin & Partners by a co-worker and after my first visit with Attorney Joseph J. Polich, I felt at ease leaving my case in his hands. He always updated me on any news with my case and was always available whenever I had any questions. After a few months, he was able to reach a great settlement. I can 100% say if any of my friends or family members need an attorney, I will refer them to Dan Newlin & Partners in a heartbeat.
