I was involved in a car accident in last year July ,2014. As a result of the accident I had to go through the Cervical Disc Fusion Surgery. After the Surgery I was unable to work like a normal person anymore. This effect the income for my family and quality of living. I was so glad that I called Attorney Dan Newlin. In the very next day attorney and his team, especially Miss Liza Torres were started working on my case. they were very professional and great law firm to work with. What I liked most about the Dan Newlin Law firm, and in particular, my Lawyer, Mr. John Malkowski, was that their priorities were spot on. First and foremost their concern was my immediate health, followed by my well being and future quality of life. Then and only then, were the priorities focused on the legal matters. I truly appreciated Mr. Malkowski’s genuine concerns, directness and candor. He was always accessible and his staff were professional and efficient. Even though (as I am sure most of us do), at the beginning, I was hoping to receive a larger settlement, the results turned out to be equitable and fair for both parties. The outcome in itself is a true testament of the honesty of the firm and I certainly would recommend them to anyone involved in an accident severe enough to require representation. I was involved in a car accident last year where the other driver was completely at fault, after not stopping at a median. I ended up having to go to physical therapy for months, due to lower back pain and discovered I had two herniated disks after doing an MRI. I couldn't believe I was 21 and with two herniated disks.
