I had a bad experience with them they wasted 4 months of my time and lied to me.if you decide to go with them make sure you meet your attorney and that he's willing to fight for you also keep in touch with him weekly.there is a bad apple in the bunch but there are definitely alot who seem to care.o wish I could of had a good experience but four months went by I had a bad attorney now I am left attorney less and haveing to start all over.i was told Dan newlin would get back with me after he got back from vacation but that was just a lie to get me to erase my original post.its been almost two months I have yet to hear from Dan newlin.i will seek help else where.what ever trust and faith I had in people is now gone all I can say is make sure you meet your attorney before you sign anything and keep in touch with him on a regular basis.

I contacted the law firm after my kids and I were hit in the back while sitting at a stoplight. My case was assigned to attorney James Simmons. From the first phone call from him, he was very caring and informative about the way everything was going to happen. I have never been in this situation before, so I was thankful he always took the time to explain things in detail for me. Any of the times I had concerns and he wasn’t available, his assistant Andrea would try to help me and arrange for him to follow up.
