Experienced one of the worst interactions with insurance imaginable while dealing with this accident . From my insured isn't at fault, my insured isn't covered, there's no medical coverage, to I'm sorry we haven't cut you a check for your total loss vehicle but you need to return the rental car. All the while Attorney Lance Weber stood by my side and ensured we would handle this! We were unsure in the beginning of how the end result would look but he stayed on top of it and was in CONSTANT communication with me. Attorney Dan Newlin called the day after i retauned them to personally thank me and offer any additional assistance I may need.
