Dale Albright and Barbara Mercedes were the absolute BEST! My husband thought his world was over when he got hurt until he called Dan Newlin office and got Dale! He was understanding, beyond helpful and never left my husband wondering. He was up front, on point and did everything in his power to give my husband back his life. These two kept in contact constant and we couldn't be happier with the way they took care of us! Because of them my husband knows what "normal life" is again! First and foremost I would like to thank Mr. Dale Albright for his professionalism. He has exceeded my expectations, over and behold what I could ever imagine. I've been dealing with a workman's comp case since the date of Jan 16, 2015. I was referred to Dan Newlin's practice by a very close friend. There I was introduced to Mr. Dale Albright. Once aboard I could see a shift in my case. Having Mr. Albright relentlessly working on my behalf, kept the insurance company very motivated to do what was right for the Patient (Me) and not what best for their pockets. This speaks volumes. Having never dealt with such a case, in the earlier stages I often felt at the mercy of the insurance company. Mr. Albright demanded, that the services I required be rendered. He is a very proactive and aggressive lawyer. There's been times that we've spoken as early as 7:45 a.m. I don't know of many Lawyers up and at it that early. When going on Vacation you can expect a text stating if you need anything feel free to call his assistant Babara (HI!! Babara) at the office. I could go on and on, about how great he is.... Bottom line, I eventually ended up settling my case.... And with the Help of Mr. Dale Albright @ Dan Newlin and Partners, I walked away with a Hefty amount. I had the pleasure of having Tiffany Faddis represent me for an automobile accident in which I was injured. My vehicle was rear ended, I was stopped at a traffic light and the other driver received a citation. Unfortunately the other driver did not have current insurance coverage so I was forced to use my own coverage to make a claim. Having worked in the insurance claims business all my life provided me with the knowledge of how difficult it is to present an uninsured motorist claim. Tiffany went above and beyond what I would expect from any attorney. She monitored my medical treatment, provided advice, kept in close contact and worked diligently to obtain a fair and reasonable settlement.
