As a UK national involved in a dramatic motorcycle accident in the USA, caused by the other driver, I quickly found myself falling foul of my own ignorance of how medicine and insurance interact in The States. Despite being the "victim" I found that the system wasn't geared to look after me and I needed someone to fight my corner and secure a fair and reasonable deal for me. I am very happy with Dan Newlin's office. My paralegal, Angela Sammons has been so helpful with answering questions after my auto accident. She answered everything from the process. How your car insurance works and what I needed to do. Sometimes I felt like at the beginning I bugged her to much. She always told me no that I didn't.
