My daughter was in car accident and had suffered some injuries because of the crash, not to mention she was terrified of riding in cars afterwards. I decided to get in contact with Dan Newlin Law firm. I cannot describe how satisfied I am with the attorney that was handling our case; KELLY LESTER was awesome from the very beginning. First, the way she handled me is top class; she always return phone calls, texts and email messages, even on Saturdays! Kelly is a very professional lawyer who is very honest and knowledgeable. What really impressed me the most about her was her personality over the phone. It was like if she knew me for a lifetime! It was very impressing how well she caught details! After being rear ended at a light with both my daughters in the car I was devastated. What's worse is my older daughter is a heart transplant recipient so that just completely shook her to the core. After gathering my thoughts I contacted Joe Cerrato from Dan Newlins office to help me through this process. Medical bills are already astronomical and this was just adding more stress to my plate. Joe was sooo kind and understanding. He understood my fears and frustration and helped me get through this without any stress. I had a really good experience with Dan Newlin and Associates. My lawyer was Thomas and he was great. Very kind and patient. I got hit by a car last year in February, Tom showed up at the hospital hours later to see me and was as compassionate as he could be about the situation. After the awful hospital experience came the long road to recovery. No matter how many questions or emails I'd hit him with on a daily basis he was always there to answer my questions and never made me feel like a bother. I'm very happy with Tom and how my entire case turned out.
