Dan Newlin injury attorneys and Rachel Fenton WERE THE BEST!!! I hardly had to do ANYTHING at all besides sign a few papers and my case was finalized and closed and my check was on the way. Rachel is amazing and very personable. She tries her hardest to help every client with their INDIVIDUAL needs. Personally I am a single mother with little to no extra time on my hands and working with Dan Newlin, his team, and especially Rachel, this was the most painless process I’ve had to go through since the accident. Being injured a car accident is never something we expect to have happen in a split second. Thankfully, Dustin Smith and his Assistant, Kassandra took charge and went over and beyond to make sure that I was OK from my first phone call. No question went unanswered and made sure I was receiving necessary medical treatments. This team never made me feel like I was just "another case". This was by fire the most stressful time. Consuming thing I had ever experienced after being rear endrened. I contacted dan newland because of his suppose, winning experience but what I feel like I got was nothing like what you see.i was involved where I got rear-ended. I had a TBI. Let's make ti's short. Out of the $25.000 my case was capped at because of his lack of insurance...... I had 3 different attorneys, one trial attorney, and their initial offer was $10k. What did I end up with? Out of $25k I got what they had offered a year and a half previously. $10k dollars. DAN NEWLIN KEPT 10K. AND I HAD TO PAY MEDICARE BACK. SO WOULD I HIRE THIS FIRM AGAIN ???? NO WAY IN HELL
