I had an unfortunate car accident with my daughter last February of 2017. I called Dan Newlin and was fortunate enough have Kelly Lester assigned to our cases. She was understanding of my situation and very knowledgeable. She was there every step of the way, and was always only a phone call or txt away. I am very satisfied with the outcome of my case. If I were to ever need another attorney for a car accident I wouldn’t hesitate on who to call.

My husband was hurt and workers comp denied his wages. We called Dan Newlin and attorney David Mallen took our case and was fantastic. You need a smart lawyer to fight the insurance company. Mallen is the best workers compensation lawyer Thank you very much for your help.

Working with Dan Newlin staff in the beginning I was not what I expected. Was difficult to get any information out of my first lawyer who represented my case, and he was difficult to get a hold of at times when I had questions. However, when they found out I was going to have surgery they gave me a different lawyer who was more attentive to my needs. My new lawyer for my case was John Arnold, and he was amazing!! Called me weekly with updates, and allowed me to be vocal throughout the proceedings. I do believe Dan and his team had my best interest at heart.

I got Into a car accident August 2015. It was such a stressful and scary experience. I had Steven Tomesko as my attorney and I would recommend him to everyone. Mr.Tomesko was absolutely amazing! He always made sure to keep in touch with me every step of the way. I honestly can’t say thank you enough. I NEVER write reviews, but I had to make an exception this time! I had an awesome experience with Dan Newlin/Partners representing me for my auto accident case in which I suffered serious neck, back, and arm injuries. My lawyer Melissa Lewis was very open and honest with me throughout my case.
