This will sound cliche, however, this is what it is. I was in a car accident quite a few months ago. I had an attorney, but ended up switching to Dan Newlin's office. My attorney was Brian Rush. The help he provided was indeed significant to me. I was able to rely on him without a second thought. I knew from the moment he came to my apartment, that this was a excellent choice on my part to go with him as my new attorney. Whenever I emailed him, he replied in a great amount of time. He was completely honest with me about what was going on with my case. When there was a decision to be made on what to do with my case, he did not take it upon himself to make that for me. He included me, by calling me, letting me know what my options were, giving me his opinion on the matter and allowed me to make the final decision on my own. I hope I am never in an accident again, but for some unforseen reason I am, I will request Brian Rush from the Dan Newlin office again.
