I had a very bad accident in Nov 2016 and contracted Dan Newlin's office for an attorney. Fill my auto claim was handled, workers compensation denied my entire claim and refuse to pay anything We have had the best experience with this wonderful David Mallen!!! He answers his phone almost every time my wife or I call and when he is is busy we receive a call back soon. He is very up on our case and has done everything in the time frame he says he will. I get the feeling just from phone calls he is an attorney that really cares for his clients. If you ever have a workers compensation accident I would contact David Mallen to handle it, there is none better and you will not be sorry. I cannot say how thankful I am that we have him. We just thank God there are still some attorneys out there who care for the client and this one certainly does. This law firm came recommended following an auto accident. I lived outside the city where the accident occurred and the law firm was in yet another city. That did not matter to them.
