I got into a car accident in February and called the office. I was immediately assigned an attorney, and they even came to me for the first visit. Everyone that works there is really nice. My favorite is Diana (the Attorney Liaison who worked really hard on my case). The person who hit me didn't have very good insurance, so my settlement wasn't going to be enough to pay for the hospital bills and after doctor care, but Diana was amazing. She worked with me and the care providers to negotiate amounts, and ultimately ended with a tidy sum left over. 10/10 Would ride again!

I was very angry when I got into my car accident because of all of the work that is required to get my vehicle and body back to 100%. When I chose Dan Newlin's firm, Mark Friesen called me later that day and made sure that I was taken care of not only physically but also emotionally. I was involved in a hit and run situation where my car was totaled. At first I dint know how to go about the situation at all. But With Attorney Kelley E. Lester's help from Dan Newlin & Partners, I felt in really good hands. Regardless of the questions, concerns to the medical treatment, Kelley E. Lester helped me through everything. Dan Newlin did an amazing job keeping me informed with the progress of my case. My lawyer would also call to check on how was doing feeling from the injuries sustained from the car accident that I was in. They helped me get the compensation needed due to my injures and damages of my truck and equipment.
