I was in a car accident last year in 2016 my car was demolished and I was seriously hurt. Mr Brent Riggle, one of the partners at Dan Newlin's office, did everything an attorney should do. I worked with Attorney David Novack and I must say that I am beyond pleased with the way he handled the case for my mom and I. After a long search for legal representation we chose a well known Law Firm and was appointed in my opinion one of the best attorneys, Jason Herman & Marlene Zervos of Dan Newlins law firm. He spoke in nothing but truths and facts which as we all know sometimes we don't always agree with, but in the end it's all about truth and facts. Jason Herman and his legal team (Marlene Zervos) were caring, helpful and always available to my families needs and concerns. Now that our families case has been resolved we don't consider Jason Herman as our lawyer, but a family friend and will always have the upmost respect for Jason and the firm! I'm gonna keep this short and sweet! Attorney Todd Gretton is amazing!! Professional, Punctual, and Honest!!! I was in a car accident and was hit by a semi, my car was totaled but i walked away from the accident. The semi barely had a scratch on the front bumper!! I contacted Dan Newlin & Partners and they came to my home to discuss further action since I did not have a vehicle, they got in me in contact with Todd and I am so glad they did! Todd was with me from the time I got my rental car to the day he personally delivered my settlement check since it had taken some time to get and it was about to be the weekend and he wanted to to have access to my $$ as soon as possible! These things are never easy and I will constantly have a fear of driving next to a semi but I cannot say enough good things about Todd Gretton and the staff at Dan Newlin & Partners! Jon Blevins did an amazing job for me when I got into rear ended. I called Dan Newlin and Jon was assigned to me. At first I was nervous but the confidence and knowledge of Jon made me know I had someone on my side. His communication with me throughout the case was awesome. Returned phone calls within the same day, kept me updated on the actions of the insurance company and what I felt best about was his wisdom on knowing when to hold them and knowing when to fold them. Professional, courteous and VERY real, I would suggest Dan Newlin's office over anyone and if you're assigned Jon Blevins...well, consider getting more that what you've asked for. I sure did.
