As a UK national involved in a dramatic motorcycle accident in the USA, caused by the other driver, I quickly found myself falling foul of my own ignorance of how medicine and insurance interact in The States. Despite being the "victim" I found that the system wasn't geared to look after me and I needed someone to fight my corner and secure a fair and reasonable deal for me. John Arnold, the attorney who dealt with me at Dan Newlin, certainly stepped up to the mark: He has gone above and beyond in negotiating and securing a deal with the insurance company and in the process has provided an excellent service for me, keeping me fully informed at every juncture along the way. I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending this law form and specifically this attorney to anyone who finds themselves being dealt with unfairly by the insurance system. I will be forever indebted to John's professionalism and caring manner. He deserves 6 stars!

I am very happy with Dan Newlin's office. My paralegal, Angela Sammons has been so helpful with answering questions after my auto accident. She answered everything from the process. How your car insurance works and what I needed to do. Sometimes I felt like at the beginning I bugged her to much. She always told me no that I didn't. That's what she was there for was to answer my questions,.

I had the unfortunate experience of being rear ended with myself & my boyfriend as the passenger. My boyfriend knew right from the get-go to call Dan Newlins office from previous word of mouth i do believe. Regardless it was the best decision he could have made. We were unknowingly blessed to have Mr. Todd Gretton represent us both for our cases. I can speak for both of us when I say we were very pleased with the way Mr Gretton handled our case from the beginning. He knew I was very nervous, apprehensive & full of worries & fears; as a woman thats what I do. Aside from that I had suffered a severe concussion & he remained very informative on a level that we both could understand. As he worked very diligently on our case and fought to get us closest to what we deserved & I know he was relentless when the other party tried to i guess you'd say "low ball" us. Mr Gretton would NOT take any less than what he knew he could get for us. With my boyfriend & Mine being separate cases of course, he still handled them both with the same persistence & diligence, & always maintaining contact with us to keep us informed of the status of our cases. If ever I need an attorney I would gladly , in a heartbeat, return to Dan Newlins Office but of course request Todd Gretton. He handled me especially with care, compassion & understanding to my every concern.
