Id like to express my appreciation for Sandra Cook. She is always going above and beyond to get all of my questions answered.

I had the pleasure to work with Joe Cerrato(hope I spelled it right), he was very hands on and was awesome! I was pregnant when I got into my accident and when I came home from the hospital there were flowers waiting for me! Whenever I would call with a question, if he didn't know and said he would call me back he was always prompt and never made me wait days! Also he knew me and my case by name! When I told him who I was he didn't have to look me up or try to remember!! Which was awesome bc I didn't have that with who I had before! I also took a little time to get my MRI after I had my baby bc I was going through Post Partum and he understood and didn't stress me about it when I was going through my issues! Thank you Joe for everything you did for me & my family

I was rear ended while stopped at a Red Light ..
