My experience with Tracy McDuffy and The Dan Newline Office, was way beyond on what I expected. My attorney Mr. McDuffy always kept me up to date with everything and even talking to Mr. McDuffy several times on the phone I did tell him the money was not the issues or a concerned to me. My major issues was all my daughters medical bills being paid off by the at fault party. September 2015, I was in a car accident and I retained the services of Dan Newlin & Partners. After reviewing my case Greg Ackerman was assigned as my attorney. I went through several months of therapy and my doctor had determined that my injuries needed further medical care and surgery. Mr. Ackerman worked diligently on my case and did a fantastic job putting it all together and I am pleased with the results of the case. I got to say that I just meet Dan and he doesn't even know my name because he is not working my case, but he saw me and my mother coming at the parking lot and he didn't even knew we where going to his office and he was very concerned for my mom since she is in a walker and it was very hot outside and when he saw us at the office he was very humble and helpful and he ask my mom if she want it some water or anything. He still doesn't know our names, but he knows that we are ok in his office and that's besides that our lawyer Cynthia Thomas got the max $10,000 of the insurance company for us... Great team Dan!!!
