My daughter and I were in an accident on September 25, 2015. My car was totaled and my daughter in a tremendous amount of ongoing pain and unable to sleep. My Dad suggested we call Dan Newlin. I truly am very glad we did. Their care and responsiveness (specifically our attorney Brian Pink) to all our questions during all phases of the case was just outstanding. I was in a crash back in March of 2015 while stopped at a red light. I was left with back and neck issues, also lost feeling in my left hand and right leg. I went to Dan newlin and was assigned to Devin Topper. He was okay but I felt like he didn't fight for me like he would have for a higher valued case. Throughout this case I lost my car, bills piled to the point where I lost my accounts and lost my apartment since I'm not able to work full time from my injuries. None of my lost wages were recovered, milage from Doctor to doctor was not recovered, and pain and suffering was never mentioned even though I was told it was being pursued. At the end I'm glad that this case is over and I would go back to Dan newlin if this was to happen again, but I just hope that I'm assigned to someone whose willing to fight for me to make sure my life is back to normal and not someone whose going to tell me "it is what it is, maybe you moving back in with your parent will open up something for you".

My fiancé and I got to work closely with attorney, Modeline. She was amazing, and helped us get through tough times with some sort of ease. She helped us get a maximum settlement, and for that we are truly grateful!!!! Thanks Modeline!!!

I was in a wreck back in April of last year. I was unsure of who to call, but Dan Newlin's office had been highly recommend. So since the accident was not my fault I gave his office a call. The very next day they had one of their reps at my house to walk me through the process. Long story short, $10000 in truck repairs, extensive shoulder surgery and months of physical therapy later, I was just hoping to pay off my credit cards. But Ed Wycka, my main point of contact, made sure my credit cards, time off work and then some were well taken care of. Without giving out an actual $ amount it was A LOT MORE THAN I EXPECTED!!! At the end of it all I was actually able to meet with Dan for a few minutes, thank him for all of the help and for hiring very knowledgeable attorneys and paralegals. On March 17th last year me and my husband was on our way home from work, we were at a stop when we were suddenly rear ended by a woman going at least 70 mph. Never braked totaled our truck.
