Never had an attorney before but going on others' prior terrible experiences I can honestly say my experience was great. Calling and coming into contact with my attorney Modoline Altenor wasn't like pulling teeth. I could almost always reach her or expect a prompt phone call after leaving a message. Usually always available, kind, and courteous.

I had been in a car accident back in May on my way to get my fiance a wheel chair from his work related accident. The car I had been in was completely totaled and was a family heirloom. After the accident I had been in an immense amount of pain. I decided to call the Offices of Dan Newlin. I worked with Attorney Ryan Rhyce. I've never had to have an attorney for any reason but I couldn't be more pleased with the work he put in. Any time there was an update he would call me and answer any question I had in full detail. I was able to e-mail him and have an answer in no time. He is very professional and very caring. If I ever need another attorney I will definatly be wanting him to represent me. Thank you so much, Mr.Rhyce! You managed to make such a difficult time much easier!

I was assigned to Attorney Thomas Sherod. Attorney Sherod was very patient with me and the questions that I had. I did not know or understand the frustrations that went with being in a car accident. He worked with me from getting my truck fixed all the way through until I finished with all my medical treatments. I can be a very difficult person to deal with at times, especially when I do not understand the process. Attorney Sherod was extremely patient with me and did not make me feel I was bothering him with my questions about what happens now. Attorney Sherod was very professional and courtesy while speaking with me. I hope that I never need an attorney again, but if I do I will request Attorney Sherod.

After getting hit by a car while waiting at a crosswalk I consulted with several family members on who to get as an attorney without any progress. Shortly after communicating about my case via email with Modoline Altenor, we met with Phil Laws in our home who helped explain everything and inform us about the possible outcomes. After Phil Laws left we researched Modoline to make the final decision if we wanted to move forward with Dan Newlin & Partners representing us. We were impressed by her background and experience and were excited to have her defending us. Working with Modoline was an absolute pleasure and definitely helped us to get through the process worry-free. She kept us update to date on the progress of our case, responded to questions and concerns efficiently, let us know what we had to do on our part, and made sure that the medical providers communicated with us quickly. The amount of money that she was able to shave off of the medical bills through negotiations was absolutely amazing and left us with enough of our settlement to cover future medical bills. My car was hit by another driver injuring me and totaling my car. Multiple friends directed me to call Dan Newlin. I had never had to hire an attorney before this and did not know what to expect. on December 25th 2013, I was headed to Orlando from Clearwater, to spend Christmas with my family, one block before my destination, a car came over in my lane hitting us head on .my back was broken in four places , I had to have two knee replacements. while in the hospital , I received a visit from my brother, he asked me, have you ever heard of attorney Dan Newlin? I was injured in a car accident a few moths ago. I called Dan Newlin office since I've heard good reviews for this law firm. I was assigned to Attorney Ryan Rhyce . Ryan was awesome!! He always keep me in the loop as to what was going on with my case. If he was unable to answer my call and I left him a voice message, sure enough he always called me back that same day. He was very professional and proficient towards my case. I would recommend Attorney Ryan Rhyce to my family, friends and co-workers if they were injured in an accident. I'm very grateful that he assisted me during my time of need.

I personally am very pleased with the services of my attorney Karen wasson! My case is still going and she continues to work hard!
