I was fortunate enough to work with 2 wonderful attorneys at Dan Newlin Law Group. Attny. Scott L. was the one who finished out my case, and currently finishing my son's. We retained the Dan Newlin group after my son and I were in a serious car accident this past March, when a drunk driver tboned us. Unfortunately, Florida really sucks when it comes down to laws, and holding one liable for wrong doing. The person who hit us, didn't have much insurance and I didn't carry uninsured motors. With that said, my medical bills alone exceeded the billable amount on the policy. I should have not seen a dime from the case. If Scott didn't work as hard as he did; lowering my cost with each of the doctors and radiologist, I would not have been able to have any sort of recovery. I originally was with a different law firm, and switched to Dan Newlin after a month of headaches with this other firm. I can't begin to tell you how glad I am that I switched. They bent over backwards and then some for us. I must add that I know I wasn't the most pleasant at times, but Scott always held his composure and stayed professional at all times. He went out of the way for me and for that I couldn't be more thankful for. I also appreciated that he never sugar coated, lead me to believe something that wasn't true, or lied to me. Everything was always laid out in black in white. Thank you Scott for everything, and hopefully I won't need you for another case, as such. In the event that I do, you will definitely be my first phone call. Your stored in my speed dial still. If your looking for a team that will be with you to the end, answer all of your questions, be straight forward and honest, and do everything in their power for you, then you have found the right group. I was involved in a bad car accident in November of 2014 on 436 and Dan Newlin and partners gladly took my case. I was rear ended and pushed into another vehicle and after almost a year, losing my car, doctors appointments, and my job on the line, my attorney, David Davilla, was able to settle my case with the insurance company for a great amount. Now I will be able to put my life back on track. I've heard people say they hope they never get into an accident and that is so true, but if you are in need of an attorney please call on them.
