Mr. Phillips has helped me on two relocation matters with my daughter. The first time he helped me get her back to Florida after my ex relocated to MA. with her without any notice. This was back in 2013. A few years after (2015) I relocated to Italy with my Italian wife. My ex and I had a verbal agreement about our daughter as to when she was going to visit me in the summers and in Xmas. When I left my ex change her address, phone number and emails several times. Three painful years went by that I did not hear from or know anything about my daughter. I finally found out where she live and I quickly contacted Mr. Phillips to once again to help me out. What I loved about him is that he was honest, reliable, responded quickly to my emails, he was reasonable, told it like it was and he believed in me. I aimed to bring my daughter to Italy to live. Even though he told me that my daughter visiting me in Italy is more likely to happend he also told me that it's also not impossible. He was aggressive when he needed to be, informative and above all very professional. I was always positive about what I wanted and he was positive with me. Which to me that made a HUGE difference on my Pareting Time Sharing Plan case. Yes, it did take quite some time to get to the end of the matter. But in that time I kept on piling up evidence (Mr. Phillips advise) on how my daughter's best interest was here (in Italy), with me, my wife and her two siblings. I am grateful to say that once again Mr. Phillips has won my case and that my daughter is happily living in Italy. We had been given the runaround by our mortgage company for MONTHS. Although we agreed to enroll in their disaster/hurricane relief program, the bank mistakenly placed the account in default. Each month was counted as another missed payment. Every phone representative gave us a different answer. We were so frustrated, we were literally ready to walk away from our home of 14 years. I had a problem with a debt collection company (a few thousand). They were hassling me for more than 10 years. They tried wage garnishment, then coming after my assets. I was able to stop the wage garnishments myself but them coming after assets was an entirely different matter. I consulted with multiple attorneys and they all said the same thing.... "Just negotiate a settlement with the debt collector. The account is to old to fight and there is nothing they can do to help". I kept trying to find help and I came across Mr. Phillips, we talked for over an hour about the situation. Mr. Phillips came up with an idea to help so I hired him and we tried it. He reached out to the debt collector and began the process. Within 2 months we reached an agreement not only getting the debt cleared off but money was returned to me. At anytime I had any questions all I had to do was email or even send a quick text to Mr. Phillips and he would respond promptly even on the weekends. If I ever had any other issues like this again I would definitely contact Mr. Phillips again. Thank you for everything you did for me!!
