Five siblings were trying to sell their inherited home. One sister panicked, thought the listing price was too high and talked the siblings into dropping the price by $60000. All of us agreed. Two weeks later she wanted to drop the price again and relist it with same broker. When I refused she decided I needed to be sued and after several attorneys turned her down she found Mr Young. The first lawsuit had her and the other siblings vs me. The lawsuit ended with her getting a default judgement against me and the other siblings Including Mr Youngs attorney fees. As this was happening a buyer made an lowball offer of $380000 for the home which I refused. Realtor asked me what was the least I would take and I told her $440000. Home sold next day for $440000. Even after getting the family an extra $60000 for the home my sister hired Mr Young to go after money held in escrow account for three of the siblings to split, She had already sued and won everything she asked for and now she wanted more. Mr Young milked his clients for all he could and then settled the case when he knew he would lose at arbitration. Family will never recover from this.

Called asked questions, was told I would be called back after they talked to someone. Never received a response.

Didnt get a call back no response I woulnt recommend at all too in my book and when I called she said I can send it again not concerned about needs of customer follow your mind when people dont respond and you have to keep calling that's a sign right there find someone that will meet your needs and concerns
