For the past 20+ years I have appreciated the intelligent, detailed and responsible work done by this firm. Mr. Holmes and Mr. Young have served their fellow man and their community well. From a personal experience with the City of Palatka both watching with City affairs and working beside him at the Palatka Gas Authority and the Palatka Municipal Airport, Mr Holmes has performed year after year saving the City departments money and steering us in safe paths and keeping us free of trouble.
