I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS FIRM TO ANYONE, PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM IF YOU WANT THINGS HANDLED IN A TIMELY FASHION, 1 YEAR OF WAITING TO GET MY CLAIM RESOLVED AND IN THAT TIME THERE WERE SO MANY MESS UPS ON THEIR END, VETERANS PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS FIRM...I REPEAT VETERANS PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS FIRM

I can rarely get ahold of my legal team for my VA claim. Left several voice mails, sent emails and no response. I am sure they are busy but I have no idea what is happening with my case. There was a period of 1 year where nothing was filed and my previous attorney left the firm. I want to give the benefit of the doubt but I am a client with no idea on the status of their case.

At first everything started out ok. Got the correct correspondence from the firm got updates. Got a ratings boost from 70-90. Found out my lawyer left mid case after requesting that I go for 100 percent. After that I haven’t had a phone call in almost 10 months. I know the paralegal only that’s on the case it’s hard to speak to the lawyer himself and get updated. The paralegal only knows what I tell him he knows nothing. When I get back pay of any kind the send a bill asking for their cut, when in fact I’ve done all the work on my end heading to appointments and getting proof to send to the Va. I honestly forgot that they were representing me if the Va didn’t send a letter every 3 seconds.
