I was severely displeased with this firm as I could never get a hold of the person that was representing my military disability case, I would leave numerous messages and never get any calls back never received any emails back and on top of that when I called to cancel representation today; they proceeded to call me Mr instead of Ms even though I kept reiterating to them that I am a Ms. They even failed to correct it in the email that they sent me today saying it was a pleasure to speak to me; I'm not sure it's because they just don't want to call me Miss because they are just not LGBTQ-friendly or just rude popI'm not sure which one it is but either way I do not recommend this firm. Update I was contacted by the firm and assigned a separate attorney as well as Council and promised to be kept in constant contact as far as updates in my case and also extensively apologized to will give the firm a second chance and I'll let you guys know how it works out

We are so at ease and grateful with the service and legal representation we receive from Gordon & Partners. ALL our calls to the office are always promptly picked up and/or returned right away if we leave a message. The receptionist and our Paralegal is professional AND very friendly with caring voices. One of the best things that could’ve happened in my life is to have reached out to this firm to represent me and help me in seeking justice. I was assigned to a young lady, by the name of Montoya, who was always on point always willing to answer my calls always willing to help always willing to give me a ray of sunshine. I couldn’t have found a better angel. She made it happen thanks to her and my attorney. I have been awarded my 100% disability rating as a service connected veteran. . I can’t say enough about this experience. I have contacted every friend and every veteran that I know and told them to run and run quickly to this law firm because they really make it happen. I have to say I;m very pleased with Gordon & Partners, I started my claim's back in 2010 and with years of denials and VBA denials contacted a lawyer in 2020 and and after wasting 2 years and still denied because of poor handling of my case on her part, I fired them and contacted Gordon & partner May/ June of 2022 they filed my claim Aug 2022 and Oct 2022 I went from 0 to 50% back dated to 2012, then in Nov 2022 90% and this March I received 100%p&t so in a matter 7 months I went from 0 to 100%. I wish this had 1,000,000 star rating because that's what they deserve in my opinion and I'D highly recommend them to anyone
