I contacted Gordon and Partners about 3.5 years ago, I was at 90% and looking to get my 100%. I didn't hear from them for two years after calling and sending emails, I wasn't even sure they were still representing me. I received my 100% unemployability and then finally received a letter from them saying they could no longer represent me, and that didn't mean I didn't have a case just that they were unable to continue with my case. Then about 3 weeks later a received a phone call asking for the money I owed them because " their" 20% wasn't withheld. I paid them because In the end I got what I wanted, but I was far from satisfied by the service I received. Even after paying them it took 3.5 weeks to receive an email of my VA file.
