Had a family situation that was escalating very rapidly. I saw the great reviews here and on a few other sites and decided to give David a chance. Let me tell you that 5 stars isn't enough to express how impressed i was with David after meeting with him. Not only did he see me with very little notice but he was nice enough to work with my schedule to do so. He also treated me like family and made my situation his problem! It was as if i had a new family member in my corner helping me understand what my options were and when i would need to come back for representation. He was even willing to work with me on payments if i don't have the money when and if this situation gets out of hand! I hope i don't need representation but if i do i'm not looking any farther then David Merrill! Davis is an excellent lawyer . Very strategic and knowledgable about the current law and changes. He consults and designs a strategy for winning. His discloses all possibilities upfront and is honest in terms of the outcome of your case. He is honest up front so he doesn't has to be concerned with any potentials problems later . Even if the answer is not want you want to hear . He discloses initially so you can make an inform decision considering all factors when making your decision. He is highly respected among his peers and the courts. He has established relationships with the courts and other attorneys. This is vital when he has to negotiate with the creditors and skillfully apply the law to your situation. I would hire him again.

David Merrill has been a lawyer for our family a couple times in the past 15 years. He's been fair and walked us through every step.
