Last year I had used Schwed Law Firm. They made the process very easy and truly cared about helping me. I was unfamiliar with the whole process and their team took their time to make sure I understood everything in great detail. My Atty Tavis Souder and his team were awesome and treated me with all dignity and respect I could handle. I got into an accident in the summer of 2017. Everything about my case was moving at the slowest pace possible. When my attorney decided that it was time to pursue further legal action Schwed, Adams & McGinley, P.A. was there for me. The staff is very professional. Not professional at all. Had such a hard time trying to reach them. When I did they had me on hold for way to long. Dropped my case for no real reason and when tried communicating with them they didn’t want to talk to me and told me that it was not their concern. I have never experienced worst customer service. Would not recommend this law firm at all.
