After falling and breaking both hips, I contacted the first firm Pintelago -phonetic. I dealt witMs Israel. I received no contact and had to call in a few times to get an answer. My case was not big enough perhaps Then one happy day I was transferred to Hughie McGinley, who treated me and my case with interet gave good advice and kept in touch. My contact person was Alexandra Montoya. She was responsive Informative and they both made me feel my case did merit attention. I am grateful and pleased to report they were successful in settling my suit what a relief as I will be able to continue my PT for constant pain in the second hip which was not part of the first hip replacement. This sounds confusing no doubt, but let me say I was treated fsirly and kept up-to-date of the lengthy process. I felt they cared. That made all the difference to me. Instead of wallowing in self-pity, I had hope. I thank Hubie McGinley and Alex for helping me through this ordeal. They are both knowledgeable and caring and not simply filing your name for a year, never asking how you feel; Or how you are managing g the pain and needed surgeries and treatments. It’s been a month since being tboned , I have yet to be placed in a rental by any of the 3 ins parties involved, I have yet to meet anyone from this law firm . I have no clue what’s going on with my case , talking standing have they even spoke with each other nothing! I was passed to this law firm after calling a old Lawer who has recently passed away , I’ve delt with a lot of attorneys in my life time and this is by far the most unprofessional/ also the largest operation , that’s probably the issue . Being personal with your clients I think is a good business practice. Obviously big law firms the small fish slip through the cracks and git ignored .

I was referred to Schwed, Adams and McGinley by a guy and I knew who heard my story about the other firm I had and he suggested i spoke to them. When I called they were very friendly very concerned about my injuries and said that they would take the case. I was then assigned to Michael Blum and his staff. I really can’t say enough about How professional kind and courtesy they all are. The end Results were, Michael and the Firm got me the Maximum amount that the insurance policy would cover.
