McGinley is one of the most genuine and kind hearted people. Although the process was long like any ordeal dealing with insurance companies, he always kept in touch with me and made sure I was up to date on everything happening. I would highly recommend using them for any of your personal injury needs.

My accident was a very long case it took over four years to settle. During that time I went through different case managers and a lot of times my information had to be explained over and over and over again which was kind of frustrated but over all my experience with attorney Peckham was amazing. He was knowledgeable, he was kind, and he listened, not to mention he got me the maximum amount allowed it in my case.
