I used Chiumento Law for a real estate matter and wow! I had no idea how much detail really went into contracts. Caroline McNeil and Vincent Sullivan went through over 500 pages with a fine-tooth comb and found several errors in my title package. The staff at Chiumento Law and attorneys both went above and beyond for me. I am 100% pleased and definitely recommend hiring an attorney's office to review any contract or title package you would ever sign. If you are going to build a legal team, you want Amanda Swift on it. Amanda was patient, understanding, and communicative. Whenever I expressed concerns or had opinions on my case Amanda thoughtfully responded and was a pit bull in terms of her tenacity and her willingness to stand up on my behalf. over the years the firm grows AND becomes more and more impersonal Being a client for years our satisfaction diminished to nearly zero. May be if you know all too well what exactly you need and how, may be then they might be a choice, not even sure anymore. If you need ANY kind of an advice, seeking an attorney to direct you in an uncertain situation, this is most likely is NOT a good place to start. They charge large and rush you through consultation, do not follow on promices, do not clarify after steps taken. There is just no service: you get your hour (or less usually) for 175 and then good by! With them it's like you must have a Juris Degree just to be privileged to talk to them... They will answer your "stupid questions", but you will be let to feel how unimportant you are. Even the paralegals are curt and unhelpful. With a smile of course. Unless you are above us mere mortals, when in need you'll find MORE satisfuction even simply across the street. P.S. had experience with them more than once and no complaints really on the results. Only completely missing any meaningful understanding what's really was going on. Already dealt with other lawyers on a variety of situations with nothing remotely reminiscent of the indifference at this firm. We are just way too insignificant for selfinducing elitism
