I started with a call December 27 2023 ,for a appointment January 23, 2024. I was asked to pay $175.00 for a consultation. The licensed partner Diane A.Vidal and I discussed the fee of $2500. to proceed on my Last Will and Testimony along with a Trust. She noted per my wishes. I waited and waited 9 weeks for a response. Last week April 01, I went to the office in person and was directed to someone named Bettie. I expressed my concern of no response ,instead of her getting to the root, she in response had no sympathy and yes I was irritated and asked for my $175 back. I placed my trust into this firm, after all that's why I made the appointment , paid the $175 and made the arrangements. Things where going nowhere with the bar she put up and she asked me to leave. Upon leaving I said ,have Diane call. It has now turned to 10 weeks yesterday. I called Monday April 08, and left a voice message to call me. Still waiting ! No one answers or returns calls. I have caller Id as you also and there are no calls, text message, or email from your office. Second : The office visit was under 1 hour. (55 minutes) to be exact. I arrived at the counter, was given paper work to fill out ( my brief case was in hand and no way to spread out my paper work) so I looked across the room and went to a large table. Third : Upon entering a unknown lady asked who, what, why am I here at the table. I explained and waited for Ms. Diane. Fourth : During the visit I handed to Ms. Diane my drivers license to prove I am the person at the table. She said strange your Id should have been taken at the counter. Fourth: You stated there was physical aggressive , "that's not so". Physical aggression is : causing or harm toward others. It includes hitting, kicking, biting. using weapons and breaking of possessions. I did state that I was irritated but never used profanity or harm. Again I was upset because of NO attempts from anyone at any time in 9 weeks. However instead of addressing my issue ( problem solving) Bettie asked me to leave. I left immediately ,only saying have Diane call. That never happened, nor my voice call mail to your firm Monday April 08. What would you do if you where me trying to get a simple Last Will and Testimony along with a Trust??? This all turned sour due to inadequate people that fail in correspondence. If it was handled in a prompt time frame as being efficient that your firm cashed my check the next morning before ink was even dry. Shame on this firm. Your logo "HERE FOR YOU" , no need for another reply.

I was involved in an accident where I was hit from behind. I was faced with doctors who would not see me and much confusion on how to proceed. We were referred to Chimento Law in January. My daughter was sandwiched in between two cars. At first I was a little skeptical because I thought that, of course, after being with my company for insurance on 3 cars for over 15 years, of course they would pay out whatever they said they would. Thank God my daughter did not get seriously hurt anymore than she did. The car was totaled, and she had whiplash. To this day, she still has some headache, and generally it caused some trauma with her driving. We were referred to Chimento Law and introduced to Amanda Swift. I have to say she stuck with us and did all the work to get us the settlement that we were entitled to. I highly recommend this company in case you get in a car wreck, and you need assistance. They’re fantastic! I’ve had Caroline do all of my closings and have not had any issues. Anytime I have an issue with any of my small businesses Vincent has been able to help resolve it with ease. I would highly recommended the firm for any real estate or business issues.

I should be ashamed of myself to ignore the prior reviews as, well Chiumento Law always addressed the concerns of those who wrote the review here, but I was tricked. They take my payment, I gave them the paperwork to review on 7/25/23 for my deal and I was told I would get a callback from Vincent by Friday 7/28/23 or Monday at the absolute latest 7/31/23. After 6 calls, 4 message and 2 additional conversations with the receptions begging for a callback, I still have not received a callback. This is shameful to not return a call for almost two weeks. My agreement that I have this law firm looking over will expire in 10 days, so they put in a worse position than I started because they delayed my deal. I may need to pay to extend.

Diane Vidal and her assistant Betty Abreu were an absolute pleasure to work with! I can’t say enough great things about my experience with them. They went above and beyond to help my grandmother update her Will and other final requests.

Highly disappointed! I had researched and chose your firm due to its stellar reputation in the community and therefore I had high expectations on the service, advice and representation that I received. It had seemed everything was going well at first but things went downhill fast! Come to find out, a secretary had left while working with this firm then my lawyer left soon after. I’m not sure what happened but my case fell through the cracks. I had made attempts to voice my grievances but it was never taken to a superior.

Called up and made an appointment for a power of attorney matter for my mother who is passing. I also had some residual items still in my uncle's name I needed assistance getting transferred into my name. Showed for the appointment and was asked for a $175 dollar fee for consultation. I said that was never mentioned during the appoint process. They did not care so I left. Wasted my time for foolishness on their part. I would never pay 175 bucks for consultation on clerical work that a paralegal could perform.
