I had a very positive experience working with Linesch & Carrión to apply for a permanent residency. Daniela and her team helped me put together a very robust application package. We submitted our application in September 2021. I got my biometrics taken in March 2022, and my application was accepted and a Green Card issued in January 2023. There was no interview process between the March 2022 biometrics appointment and the acceptance notification. The length of the overall process was faster than what I anticipated, particularly considering that these were post-Covid years and considering the reported average times of the US Citizenship and Immigration Services to process these applications. There was always excellent communication between Daniela, Daniela’s team and myself, and I felt fully supported and well-informed during the entire process. I highly recommend their services.

The beginning of the pandemic was scary due to so many unknowns such as health and of course work-related issues, during this time I was not only let go of my work where I was employed for almost 6 years as many people experienced but also my immigration status had come to an end since I was on a work visa. I spent over 3 years adjusting my status – the ultimate goal being the Green Card. As anyone who has been through the process knows, the journey can be long, surprising and very frustrating. Thanks to a recommendation by another lawyer mid-way through the process, I contacted Linesch Firm at which point Daniella Carrion became the overseer regarding my adjustment process. In each situation I encountered, Ms. Carrion’s advice was accurate, immediate, and delivered in a reassuring manner. For example, at one border crossing, I was challenged from entering the USA because of apparent contradictions found in my paperwork.
