Whether speaking to Rachel Durant the Firm Administer or Attorney David Linesch, both made me feel comfortable. During my consultation with Mr. Linesch, he asked very many questions in attempt to capture every bit of detail. From that conversation he helped me understand any and all avenues we could take including probability. I got a strong impression that Mr. Linesch would not tell me what I want to hear but what I NEED to hear. From my conversation I believe that this firm wants a reputation as helping people and will not take a case if they feel they can't help you.

If you are looking for an employment attorney please read this honest review of the Linesch Firm. I selected 2 other law firms before this firm. I would have saved myself a lot of heartache and stress had I just gone here first. I read reviews of the other firms and saw the "pretty office photos" online and thought they would be great. They were not and in fact made my situation more complicated and stressful. From my first call with Dany to the resolution of my situation she was amazing. She responded promptly to all my emails and calls and shows a great deal of compassion. I also worked with David and was equally impressed. Their knowledge, experience, professionalism and dedication was nothing shy of remarkable. I can't say enough wonderful things about how not only they represented me but how they treated me like a human being. I was not just some case or some number.
