[Terry Jonathon Phillips] In my opinion Jamas Barnes should be disbarred. He took our money. And did not show up half the time, lied to my son about the case, did not take a stand for my son. Even when the judge said there was no cause for the charges he just stood their like he was at lose for word. And let the charges be put back on my son. He even told some one who was not the immediate family. That my son was guilty. When at the end of the trial before the jury came back he walks outside the. Court room and tell me. The son mother. He really was not guilty. If if is a great lawer. Like he said and says then why didn't he do a better job???? Because in my opinion the case of Terry Jonathon Phillips. Specks for it self. Mr. Barnes would not even give us back our paper work are any of the our stuff on our son so we could get another lawer. In my opinion. And it is freedom of speech. Thank God for that to. That I am able to tell people just what kind of lawer he was for my family. And what he did. Yes I think Mr. Jamas Barnes should be DISSBARRED. FREEDOM OF SPEECH. IN GODS NAME THANK YOU.
