My wife and I were involved in a personal injury auto accident, whee we were struck by another vehicle from the rear while at a complete stop. We were transported to the Emergency Room by Ambulance where we were treated with care and X-rays of face, head, neck and back injuries. A day later I met with my individual physician for a complete check-up and further treatment for our respective injuries. My case began in October and was strange because it started with someone running a red light but given a ticket for a lesser charge. Then there was some miscommunication with the insurance company and a rental car. But even though a lot of things were confusing and weird, Gross and adjuster walked me through it and fought for me. I was stressed out enough with work, transportation and making doctor appointments so I didn’t need any added stress. Grateful they handled the bills I was receiving and the insurance companies for me. If you need help and don’t know where to turn, you will want to call them to guide you through the process. I’m very grateful I called them and only had to go into the office maybe (3) times in a year. Most of our conversations were electronically. My family and I are very happy with the results and getting back to 100% after surgery.
