I was injured in a vehicle collision in July of 2020. My right knee was fractured in multiple places and required surgery with metal plates and screws to put it back together. The other driver had minimal insurance so we (my dad and I) decided to hire an attorney to help figure out what options we had for recovering funds to cover the medical bills and future surgery that the orthopedic surgeon said I would need later in life. My dad searched on the internet and made an appointment with Mr. Gross. It didn’t take long in the first meeting to determine he was exactly what we were looking for. Mr. Gross exudes competence without any effort. During the whole process he responded immediately to any phone calls or emails, and kept us up to date on status. He explained in layman’s language what he was going to do and stuck with it. The insurance company offered a settlement far below what we were asking. Mr. Gross did not accept that offer and reiterated to them exactly what he was pursuing and if need be we would go to court to make our claim. Once they saw his determination and expertise they buckled and gave us what we had requested. We were expecting things to take 2-3 years based on other situations. Our case was resolved in 11 months. We would happily receive Mr. Gross to anyone that is pursuing a personal injury case.
