Terry Gross has helped me with two auto accidents and one that was settled two years ago and Terry called me up and had more money from that wreck to give me. Point being they never stop working for you. I don’t see that happening anywhere else. Don’t waste time with other firms who seem to care more about making commercials than getting the most for you. Gross And Schuster are the best hands down.

I live in MS and was visiting a friend in Pensacola when I was rear ended at a red light that left my vehicle totaled and my neck severely injured, resulting in a very long and expensive couple of years of Dr visits and spine surgery. I've never been in an accident and didn't know the first thing about what to do, it was truly the scariest moment in my life. It was a blessing I was referred to this firm. Mr. Terence Gross, as well as all his staff were absolutely wonderful in every way. Especially living 2 hours away, I was worried how this would play out. The courtesy, professionalism, and communication exceeded any expectations I had. They certainly make you feel important as an individual, never did I feel as though I was just another file on someone's desk. They were very accommodating to all of my needs. The attentiveness to detail was very impressive. Mr. Gross and his staff are top notch, and I couldn't have been happier with all they did for me. Thank you all.
