I fully benefited from Brett’s decades of legal experience as well as his knowledge from handling thousands of workers’ compensation cases prior to mine. For years, Brett, Debbie and their team worked directly on my behalf with doctors, nurses, case managers, adjusters and the insurance carrier. Through surgeries, recovery, therapy and ongoing treatment, Brett and his team ensured I received excellent medical care; that all of my medical expenses were properly covered including medications and medical devices; that I received all of the wage benefits to which I was entitled; and that my work status was properly documented and maintained. Brett, Debbie and their team offered great communication every step of the way. They were always responsive to my needs and available to answer questions and explain the process as time progressed. In the end, they ensured an accurate permanent impairment rating along with the payment of impairment benefits. Just recently, Brett once again worked tirelessly on my behalf to negotiate a final settlement that was mutually acceptable to all of the parties involved. Crystal and Wendy have taken my case which is a very complicated divorce case and managed it very well, they have fought for myself and my son. I had occasion to meet Ms. Spencer because a dear friend of mine is going through a divorce. Since I have been a paralegal and in the filed for many years my friend asked for my advice. Not knowing too much about divorce and the legal ways of the world she wanted to make sure she was not being taken advantage of - my friend and her soon to be ex have accumulated great wealth over their 38 year marriage. I was impressed with Ms. Spencer the first time I met her. This is not a normal divorce in that the soon to be ex has created and keeps creating documents and cutting and pasting signatures and basically trying to do everything he can to make sure my friend gets as little as possible. Ms. Spencer has to think outside the box almost on a daily basis with this man. Her advice, guidance and wisdom is invaluable! You can tell she is used to handling wealthy, greedy people and she does it with such class and professionalism.
