Brett Vygotsky and his staff were quick to response every time I had a need. Everyone was very understanding and pleasant throughout my case. They compelled workers comp to comply with all their liabilities.

I happened across Levin Papantonio by doing a web search for local Social Secuity Disability Attorney's. I called, made an appointment and was connected with Mr. Vigodsky. I went in told him about my surgical mishap and in less then 5 minutes was taken to his assistant Debra Bourne. This lawfirm is top notch in it's professionalism, care and understanding of your needs. From that point forward it took two years to complete the process. But during that time I didn't have to worry about one thing. Debra requested all my records from numerous hospitals, surgical centers and clinics and handled all the behind the scenes work which took a lot of stress and worry off of me during this difficult time. Mr. Vigodsky stayed in touch with me checking in each month and was very attentive to my needs, concerns and questions about my case. I dont know what I would have done if it wasn't for them. Yes, I won my case and was blessed to have them as a team to fight for me. They made my experience a pleasure and I would recommend and refer anyone I meet To this law firm.
